Venue

CMES 2025 will take place in Cedzyna near Kielce, Poland. This year’s location is a charming area situated in close proximity to the Świętokrzyskie Mountains, one of the oldest mountain ranges in Europe, known for its natural beauty and rich history. This year’s venue is the Uroczysko Spa & Wellness Hotel, a luxurious hotel surrounded by picturesque forests, offering a serene atmosphere and top-class facilities, perfect for both relaxation and academic discussions.

Presentations should not be longer than 10 minutes (+5 minutes for discussion);

Templates for presentations and posters are available in the Downloads section, and authors are free to use them or their own templates if needed. Poster size should be 700×900 mm.

The articles must present original, unpublished scientific and technical achievements within the scope of the conference. The work should be a full proceeding paper, must be written in English, and must contain less than 5% of the abstract. All submitted works will be undergoing the analysis of the anti-plagiarism system.

The author may suggest in which journal the paper should be sent to during the registration, but the final decision is governed by Scientific Committee in cooperation with the proper Journal’s Editors, based on paper quality and topic relevancy. Authors should edit and reformat the papers according to each publisher’s requirements.

  • Publication of the paper in the conference proceedings is possible only for conference participants,
  • Estimated online publication of conference proceedings: IV quarter of 2025. The organizer reserves the right to extend the estimated time.

Fees

The standard participation fee for the CMES’25 conference is 2200 zł / 510€. The fee includes participation in the conference, bus travel from Lublin University of Technology (Nadbystrzycka 38D) to Uroczysko Spa & Wellness Hotel, (and back to Lublin), full accommodation in twim rooms at the hotel in Kielce, breakfasts and lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner, as well as conference materials and organisational costs. Other conference fee variants are shown in the table below:

Full conference fee (per person) – twin room 2200 zł 510 EUR 
Full conference fee – single room 2500 zł 580 EUR 
Conference fee for accompanying persons 1000 zł 230 EUR 

Payment for the publication shall be done separately, after the acceptance of the paper in the respective journal. The paper fee for a particular journal is identical to the regular price provided at the journal’s website. Submitted papers will be subjected to standard reviews following journal procedures. In addition, the all abstracts will be published in the conference book of abstracts in electronic form.

In case of changes of the general regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Organizer provides virtual conferences for the same participation fee.

Wire transfer charges are to be covered by the sender. Participants from Poland must pay fees in PLN.
