Registration

This conference is aimed at research scientists of polish and foreign universities, Ph.D. students and industry representatives.

The registration of participation in the conference is to fill in an appropiate form and the abstract of the paper. Based on that abstract, the authors will be qualify to taking part in oral or poster session. The conference languages are Polish and English.

As a part of the conference will be organized thematic oral presentations and poster session. The decision connected with the presentations will be taken by Scientific Committee.

Conference fee

We prepared two forms of attendance at conference:

1. Participant with article and monograph - 800 PLN
or
2. Participant with monograph - 300 PLN

The deadline of the conference fees is October 12, 2016
with VAT

The conference fee includes:

1. Participant with article and monograph - 800 PLN

The conference fees includes: take part in debates and a poster session, the publication of a scientific journal and in scientific monograph, the conference materials, to take part in gala dinner, coffee treats, dinner and additional attractions. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

The requirement of the publication the chapter in monograph is sending the professor’s positive review. The publication in scientific journal will be after the wording requirements, according to procedures of individual journals.

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

2. Participant with monograph - 300 PLN

The conference fees includes: take part in debates and a poster session, publication in the scientific monograph, the conference materials, to take part in gala dinner, coffee treats, dinner and additional attractions. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

The additional chapter in monograph

There is a 120 PLN additional payment to a cost of participation until October 12, 2016.

An additional paper

There is a 550 PLN additional payment to a cost of participation until October 12, 2016.

Abstracts and publication

The abstract of the paper into Polish and English version prepared according to the template (download here) should be sent to email address: cmes@pollub.pl until September 28th, 2016.

The requirement of the publication in monograph is sending the full text with the professor’s positive review according to conference date. The publication of the paper in monograph is not necessary. We do not ensure the publication of the papers sending after the deadline.

The article publication in a scientific journal will be after the fulfilment of journal requirements and according to journal procedure.

According to sent abstracts all the papers will be qualified to publication in journals. You will be inform via emails about the decision. There is a possibility of publication an additional chapter in monograph and the additional paper in a journal.
