This year\u2019s location is a charming area situated in close proximity to the \u015awi\u0119tokrzyskie Mountains, one of the oldest mountain ranges in Europe, known for its natural beauty and rich history. Poster size should be <strong>700&#215;900 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Publications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers from the CMES 2025 will be send for publication to the following journals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.astrj.com\/\">Advances in Science and Technology Research Journal (ASTRJ)<\/a> &#8211; <strong>100 points<\/strong> according to the Polish Ministry of Education and Science\u2019s list for disciplines: information technology and telecommunication, computer science, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering and transport, material science, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, mining and energy, IF=1,1, CiteScore: 1.5, indexed on Scopus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wm.pb.edu.pl\/actamechanica\/\">Acta Mechanica et Automatica<\/a> &#8211; <strong>100 points<\/strong> according to the Polish Ministry of Education and Science\u2019s list for disciplines: automation, electronics, electrical engineering and space technology, biomedical engineering, civil engineering and transport, mechanical engineering, IF=0,7, CiteScore: 1.7, indexed on Scopus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.pan.pl\/aee\">Archives of Electrical Engineering<\/a> &#8211; <strong>100 points<\/strong> according to the Polish Ministry of Education and Science\u2019s list for disciplines:  automation, electronics, electrical engineering and space technology, biomedical engineering, material science, environmental engineering, mining and energy, IF=1.2, CiteScore: 2.4, indexed on Scopus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.acs.pollub.pl\/\">Applied Computer Science (ACS)<\/a> &#8211; <strong>70 points<\/strong> according to the Polish Ministry of Education and Science\u2019s list for disciplines: information technology and telecommunication, computer science, CiteScore: 1.4, indexed on Scopus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jeeng.net\/\">Journal of Ecological Engineering<\/a> &#8211; <strong>70 points<\/strong> according to the Polish Ministry of Education and Science\u2019s list for disciplines: architecture and urban planning, biotechnology, chemical engineering, civil engineering and transportation, environmental engineering, mining and energy, biological sciences, forest sciences, management and quality sciences, agriculture and horticulture, international relations, veterinary science, IF=1,3, CiteScore: 2.6, indexed on Scopus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sciendo.com\/pl\/journal\/MSPE\">Management Systems in Production Engineering<\/a> &#8211;<strong>70 points<\/strong> according to the Polish Ministry of Education and Science\u2019s list for disciplines: biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, management and quality sciences, IF=1.5, CiteScore: 3.9, indexed on Scopus,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sciendo.com\/pl\/journal\/ADMS\">Advances in Materials Science<\/a> &#8211; <strong>40 points<\/strong> according to the Polish Ministry of Education and Science\u2019s list for disciplines: biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering and transport, material science, mechanical engineering, IF=1,3, CiteScore: 2.8.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The articles must present original, unpublished scientific and technical achievements within the scope of the conference. <span class=\"fontstyle0\">The work should be a full proceeding paper, <\/span>must be written in English, and must contain less<span class=\"fontstyle0\"> than 5% of the abstract<\/span>. <strong>All submitted works will be undergoing the analysis of the anti-plagiarism system.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The author may suggest in which journal the paper should be sent to during the registration, but the final decision is governed by Scientific Committee in cooperation with the proper Journal&#8217;s Editors, based on paper quality and topic relevancy. Authors should edit and <b>reformat the papers according to each publisher&#8217;s requirements<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"pl\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\">Publication of the paper in the conference proceedings is possible only for conference participants,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated online publication of conference proceedings: IV quarter of 2025. T<span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"pl\"><span class=\"\" title=\"\"><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">he organizer reserves the right to extend the estimated time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The standard participation fee for the CMES&#8217;25 conference is <strong>2200 z\u0142 \/ 510\u20ac<\/strong>. The fee includes participation in the conference, bus travel from Lublin University of Technology (Nadbystrzycka 38D) to Uroczysko Spa &amp; Wellness Hotel, (and back to Lublin), full accommodation in twim rooms at the hotel in Kielce, breakfasts and lunches, coffee breaks and gala dinner, as well as conference materials and organisational costs. Other conference fee variants are shown in the table below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Full conference fee (per person) &#8211; twin room&nbsp;<\/td><td>2200 z\u0142&nbsp;<\/td><td>510 EUR&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Full conference fee &#8211; single room&nbsp;<\/td><td>2500 z\u0142&nbsp;<\/td><td>580 EUR&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Conference fee for accompanying persons&nbsp;<\/td><td>1000 z\u0142&nbsp;<\/td><td>230 EUR&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment for the publication shall be done separately, after the acceptance of the paper in the respective journal. The paper fee for a particular journal is identical to the regular price provided at the journal&#8217;s website. Submitted papers will be subjected to standard reviews following journal procedures. In addition, the all abstracts will be published in the conference book of abstracts in electronic form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>In case of changes of the general regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Organizer provides virtual conferences for the same participation fee.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span class=\"_5yl5\">Wire transfer charges are to be covered by the sender.
